Present your experience without telling the whole story
Give space to the experiences that support your next step.
Presenting experience well does not mean describing everything. Show a trajectory, a level of responsibility and situations that support the application. The target role should determine the level of detail.
Make a substantial career easy to understand
After several roles, a move into leadership or an MBA/EMBA, selection becomes the main challenge. An older project may differentiate you while a recent role establishes your current level. They do not need equal space.
Keep the information before shortening the CV
Build a complete career inventory first. In the final CV, retain a clear chronology and vary the detail according to relevance. Never alter dates for visual convenience.
